Definition of a sole limited company:
1. One member limited liability company is an enterprise owned by an organization or individual (hereinafter referred to as the company owner); The company owner is responsible for the debts and other liabilities of the company to the extent of the company's charter capital.

Step 1: Prepare information and papers to conduct procedures for the establishment of a one-member limited liability company

- Prepare company name, company address, legal representative, charter capital, business lines.
- For members who are individuals, it is necessary to prepare: 04 notarized copies of not more than 3 January in ID papers / Passport / Citizen card (ID card not more than 15 years, Passport not more than 10 years ).

1. Open a bank account + Notify the account of the bank account to the business registration office

2. Buy digital signatures, electronic tax declaration

3. Register for electronic tax payment with the tax authority and the bank confirming electronic tax registration

4. Submit the license return and license tax online

5. Initial tax return at the local district tax office
