Taxpayers who are using the electronic tax declaration service at https://nhantokhai.gdt.gov.vn and the tax payment service is using T-VAN providers or not in the old system. When switching to eTax, the system will automatically allow taxpayers to continue using the eTax electronic tax declaration service (https://thuedientu.gdt.gov.vn).

According to the General Department of Taxation, the taxpayer should note that in this case, the system only allows taxpayers to register additional declaration services after stopping this service on T-VAN. Therefore, in order to stop the service on T-VAN, the taxpayer can register to stop on the system provided by T-VAN, if T-VAN does not provide it, the taxpayer can log into the system. iHTKK (http://nhantokhai.gdt.gov.vn) with the account issued before to stop using the service.
