INSTRUCTIONS FOR OPENING BANK ACCOUNT FOR THE COMPANY

Step 1: Prepare documents to open a bank account;

Records include:

• Copy of business registration license (01 copy)

• Decision to appoint a director signed and sealed by legal representative (01 copy)

• Chief accountant appointment decision signed and sealed by legal representative (01 copy)

• Copy of ID card or passport of legal representative (01 copy)

• Copy of ID card or passport of chief accountant (01 copy)

• Notice of seal sample approval (01 copy)

• Application form for opening an account (according to the form of each bank) (This form, you go to the bank to apply and complete as directed)

Step 2: Bring the documents prepared in step 1, the company's seal, to the bank and complete the procedure as directed by the bank.

Step 3: Receive the company's bank account number, pay the deposit in the bank account, the amount depends on each specific bank (Usually VND 1 million)

After having a bank account, businesses must notify their bank account number to the DPI.

Procedures for reporting bank accounts to DPI.

Step 1: Prepare the profile;

Records include:

• Fill in the notice of bank account information (Form II-1) (Legal representative signed and sealed).

Step 2: Scan the file in step 1

Step 3: Proceed with electronic network registration for bank account notifications.

• Access the national business registration portal website at: dangkykinhdoanh.gov.vn to create an account.

• Using registered account to submit documents (scan file);

• When the online receipt of business registration documents is successful, print a receipt of valid application file.

Step 4: Within 30 days from the date on the notice of valid online registration, the enterprise brings all original (scanned) documents to the Department of Planning and Investment to receive the " the change of business registration content is issued by the Department of Planning and Investment. ”

The above are all procedures for opening a bank account for a fully established and legal company / enterprise.
