1. Note when registering a business location:

🔅 Although each location of the enterprise does not incur the obligation to declare tax and open its own accounting books, it still has to fulfill the obligation to pay a license tax. According to current regulations, the license tax that the location needs to pay is VND 1,000,000/year.

🔅 Each address registered with the province or city with the subjective enterprise will only have to declare and pay license tax at the enterprise's address.

🔅 Each business location registered with an address different from the province or city of the host enterprise must carry out tax procedures in accordance with the provisions of Official Letter No. 13133/CTHN-TTHT issued on April 26, 2021. In case an enterprise has operated in previous years but has just established a business location in 2022, the business location established in 2022 will still have to pay a license tax.
