+ List of members of limited liability companies with two or more members, partnerships, list of founding shareholders and shareholders being foreign investors, for joint-stock companies. List of authorized representatives for foreign institutional shareholders.

+ Valid copies of the following documents:

• One of the personal identification papers for the business founder is an individual such as ID card / Citizen card / Passport.
• Establishment decision or business registration certificate or other equivalent document, one of the personal identification papers such as ID card / Citizen ID / Passport of authorized representative and authorization document corresponding to the enterprise founder being an organization
• Certificate of investment registration in the case of an enterprise established or participating in the establishment by a foreign investor or a foreign-invested economic organization in accordance with the law on investment and its guiding documents. enforce

• Establishment decision or Enterprise Registration Certificate or another equivalent document, Charter or other equivalent document of the company owner in case the company owner is an organization (except for state owned company);
• Certificate of investment registration in the case of an enterprise established by a foreign investor or a foreign-invested economic organization in accordance with the Law on Investment and its guiding documents.
